Established in August 2022 and operating out of Singapore, the company sources principally from Middle Eastern refineries, with regional supply lines extending into Southeast Asia and Indonesia's Buton natural deposits — serving road-construction, paving, and government-linked buyers across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and East Africa.

Hidan performs trade execution, sourcing, vessel arrangement, and shipping documentation in-house. No broker chains, no hidden handlers, no outsourced loading supervision.

Multi-Origin Sourcing

The Middle East remains Hidan's principal supply origin, with Jebel Ali (UAE) as the main loading and consolidation hub. Complementary regional sourcing from Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia — including Buton natural bitumen — provides grade flexibility and origin diversification.

Vessel & Freight Control

Direct contracts with recognised container lines serving Middle East–Asia routes. Freight tendered line-by-line — never bundled with cargo cost, never outsourced to the supplier.

Loading Supervision

Designated Person-in-Charge at origin independently verifies drum filling, seals, container condition, and lot identification before any staged payment to the supplier is released.

Documentation Discipline

Full carrier-issued document chain — Tally Sheet, Mate's Receipt, On-Board B/L received directly by Hidan, independent surveyor's certificate, and all commercial documents.

Paving-grade bitumen to international specification.

Grades are supplied to ASTM D946, EN 12591, AASHTO M320, or the relevant national specification as nominated by the buyer. Every cargo is supplied with a mill Certificate of Quality.
